Return Policy

Mike's Music and Sound provides a 30 day return policy on all used gear to protect against repairs or defective merchandise.

Merchandise purchased new may be returned for store credit within 14 days if not completely satisfied. Customer must have the original packaging in order to qualify for return credit.

No returns on reeds, harmonicas, software, consignment items and special ordered items.
